Answers:
- What are my ownership options for a TreeGO aerial adventure course?
TreeGO is available to potential operators in two ownership formats. An operator can purchase an unbranded, yet licensed installation or a complete "turn key" solution in the form of a TreeGO franchise. In either instance, the cost of the installed adventure course is generally proportionate to the size/length of the course that you want to install and run.

- How are the franchise fees structured for TreeGO if I choose to join the network?
The initial franchise start up cost for TreeGO includes the design, materials, fabrication, installation and support materials for the TreeGO course and its direct use.
The annual Franchise Royalty Fees are performance based and negotiated prior to the commencement of any installation process or payment of the initial franchise start up cost. Location and local market maturity are also considered in working out an appropriate fee structure with the franchisee. While franchise fees are proportionate to sales, there is a minimum annual fee obligation should an operator not achieve performance mimimums.

- What is included in the unbranded product license fee?
A version of the TreeGO Adventure Course is available outside of the Franchise network.
The license provides the operator with:
- superior obstacle course design & installation
-
operational guidelines
-
fee based annual maintenance and staff training
upgrades
- fee based annual assessment and certification

access to
exclusive vendor support relationships
Generally, we would only recommend this model for operators who are already overseeing similar operations, or for established entities where the value of the brand is considered non-essential.

- How many staff does it take to run a TreeGO course?
For a 70 element course with high volume traffic, it generally requires
5 to 7 staff to oversee the operations daily. Additional staff may be
required for administrative functions.

- Do I need to be a skilled guide or technical expert to own and operate a TreeGO course?
No. Many of our owners have backgrounds in education, small business, sales, marketing, finance, as well as outdoor recreation roles. All of our installations do call for the use of trained tree park guides that you oversee. In the instance of our franchise model, we implement a training method; train you and your staff to oversee TreeGO Adventure Course use, maintenance, and monitoring. If you do not have a background in risk management, we'll assist you in recruiting individuals who will complement your strengths and skills.

- How long does it take to install a course from the time I sign a contract?
The geographic location, season, and terrain features at your intended location all play a part in the speed with which your TreeGO course can be built. Generally speaking, after your design process is complete and materials delivered, our expert teams can have your course in place in under eight weeks.

- How fast is the TreeGO network growing?
The TreeGO network is currently growing at a rate of 3-5 North American locations per year. The network recently established new locations in New York State and New Brunswick.
Top
- How long does it usually take to pay off my investment?
